Full bottle 1,411 g. Certified organic. Grown on north-facing terraces on slate, mainly Syrah with Grenache and some south-facing Mourvèdre. In the process of moving from oak to concrete eggs.
Mid crimson. Syrah certainly dominates both nose and palate of this extremely refined, appetising wine. Not mean at all but certainly not voluptuous. Super-fresh and delicate. Very savoury with more than a nod to the northern Rhône. Lovely length.
