The winery led by Antonella and Ersiliana Bronca has long proposed an original vision of the world of prosecco, making choices that were then often copied by other producers. There was the ecological turning point (which came many years ago) and the choice to make sparkling wines starting directly from the must, just to give a couple examples. Today the challenge is to develop production by relying on wines with very low residual sugars and single-vineyard selections, all while bringing out the character of which the territory is capable. The Particella 181 and 232, both 2021s, are exemplary bottles. The first, from the Rua di Feletto vineyards, expresses the sunnier side of the type, releasing ripe fruit and flower aromas, sensations that reemerge on a sapid, harmonious and highly drinkable palate.
